Welcome to the ultimate after-party.

Prince, Beyoncé, Aerosmith, Kings of Leon, Kanye West – all platinum-selling artists who have delivered diamond performances as part of previous F1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix concert line-ups.

Attracting names even Glastonbury struggles to secure, all four race days see a different Abu Dhabi F1™ concert held exclusively for Grand Prix ticket holders.

The world’s top music stars join the best drivers on the planet in the UAE capital to put on a show like no other across race weekend. Ever since the first Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2009, these unique After-Race Concerts have been held at the du Arena.

In 2020, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be held behind closed doors and the After-Race concerts are on hold but read on for everything you need to know about the After-Race concerts in 2021 and beyond.

How do I get tickets for the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi F1™ After-Race Concerts?

Usually, entrance to each After-Race Concert is exclusive for F1™ ticket holders and is included in your ticket price. There are two types of tickets you can purchase for the F1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix:

  • Two day (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Three day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

A two-day ticket provides access to the After-Race Concert on Saturday and Sunday. Those with three-day tickets have access to all four concerts: Thursday to Sunday.

Each ticket covers general admission to the du Arena, which includes access to The Village – full of food and drink stalls, entertainment and more live music.

After a pause in 2020, the After-Race concerts will be back and bigger than ever.

How do I access the arena with my ticket?

You have to collect your concert wristband at Yas Marina Circuit during your race days. Pick your wristband up from any of the kiosks in the Oasis areas or from certain staff who will be throughout the circuit. Ask any staff for directions if you’re unsure where to go – they’ll be happy to help.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes, you can upgrade to a Golden Circle ticket. This provides VIP, fast-track entry to the arena, dedicated drinks access and front row views of your favourite artists – they’re truly the best seats in the house. Golden Circle upgrades can be done on an individual basis or for all eligible concerts.

There are four headliners for each Abu Dhabi Grand Prix After-Race Concert – one every night from Thursday to Sunday.

The very first Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi F1™ Grand Prix After-Race Concerts saw Beyoncé, Kings of Leon, Aerosmith and Jamiroquai dazzle the crowd. That set the bar for following shows, with rap megastar Kanye West, nu-metal kings Linkin Park and music legend Prince continuing the trend in 2010. Since then everyone from Paul McCartney to Britney Spears, Jay-Z, The Who, Blur and Enrique Iglesias have graced the same stage.

The 2019 headliners were renowned DJ Marshmello, rapper Future, singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey and rockers The Killers – showcasing the world-class and varied artists the After-Race Concerts attract.

Top tips for attending the Abu Dhabi F1™ After-Race Concerts

Every Abu Dhabi Grand Prix concert takes place at the du Arena – a 10-minute walk from Yas Marina Circuit. Follow the signs (and the crowds) directing you to the arena. If you’re driving to the concert, park in Yas Mall. A free shuttle bus goes to the arena, with drop-off zones at Yas Plaza Hotel, Yas Mall, Yas Marina and Gate 19.

Arrive early as doors open at 6pm. Check your ticket for the right gate to speed up your entry. General admission ticket holders should head to Gate 2, where there are 30 lanes to use, while Gate 1 is for Golden Circle, Treehouse, Suite and Lounge tickets. Expect any large bags to be thoroughly searched by security.

When inside, stay refreshed at the food and drink stalls in The Village. Relax in preparation or enjoy the pre-show buzz with complimentary live music, showcasing local talent.
