Plan Your Riyadh Holiday

Those who are lucky enough to travel to Riyadh will experience first-hand the lifestyle and culture of the city that has maintained its traditional way of life and yet attained a cosmopolitan character. Experience the desert on a tour of the dunes or even take part in dune bashing, carried out in 4x4 SUVs. Visit the Al-Dir’iyyah, once the home of Saudi royalty with stunning surroundings or for something a little more modern, visit Kingdom Centre, an architecturally impressive skyscraper.

Riyadh experiences some very hot days during the summer months and some extremely cold nights during the winters. Book your tickets to Riyadh avoiding these times of year if possible. Cheap hotels in Riyadh, however, are easier to find during these quieter times of the year. To ensure you get the flight you want, we recommend booking in advance and don’t forget that quality flights deals to Riyadh can be found in the Deals section of our website.

Major Airports in Chicago

Chicago is primarily served by two major airports: O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW). Of the two, O’Hare is by far the more active, but despite heavy passenger traffic, O’Hare International Airport has been repeatedly voted the ‘Best Airport in North America’ by both Business Traveller and Global Traveller Magazines. It has four terminals and offers all the facilities you would expect.

Airport Transportation in Chicago

O’Hare International Airport is situated only 40 km from downtown Chicago, but the volume of traffic can lengthen the journey. Taking the train to O’Hare International Airport is not only the cheapest option, but also the fastest, with the journey taking around 45 minutes. A taxi to O’Hare International Airport can take as long as 90 minutes. Taking a shuttle or bus to O’Hare International Airport is cheaper but takes about as long as a taxi due to the same traffic problems.
