You can even use the service to arrange a COVID-19 PCR test at home with a certified technologist, available through our medical partner, Life Dx. Home check-in is powered by Dubz.
Home check-in is available for all non-transit passengers travelling from Abu Dhabi International Airport – whether it’s at the start of your trip or before your flight home. All travelling passengers must be available at the time of home check-in, including infants and children.

The service is available daily from 8am to 8pm.
We’ll collect your bags
Our agents will arrive to your location in Abu Dhabi 24 to seven hours before your flight, depending on the time slot you book. They’ll verify your travel documents, check you in for your flight, collect your bags and give you your boarding pass and bag tags. You can even select your seat and pay for extra bags if you need to.
Make your way to the airport
With check-in done, you can make your way to Abu Dhabi airport bag-free. Skip the queues and head straight to your gate.
Your bags will be ready and waiting for you when you land at your destination.
With Home check-in, you can avoid the usual check-in queues at the airport and head straight to the gate. Your bags will be collected directly from your home, hotel or office in the UAE, leaving you to travel to the airport bag-free.
Our agents will weigh your bags at your home before they’re checked in, so if you need to pay for extra baggage – or take anything out of your case – you can simply arrange it there and then. You can even reserve your seat on board to make sure that you sit close to the people you’re travelling with.
Your bags will be kept safe and secure before they’re loaded on the flight, and you’ll be kept up to date with SMS notifications letting you know exactly where your bags are at every step of your journey.
Choose from three Home check-in packages and guarantee that your trip gets off to a smooth start.
You can add extra bags to your package for AED40 per bag, or opt for priority boarding and baggage collection for AED75 per person.

For one less thing to think about before you fly, why not arrange for your COVID-19 PCR test to be carried out at home?
Home PCR tests are available for an additional AED239 per person when you book any of our Home check-in packages. A certified technologist from our medical partner, Life Dx will visit your home to conduct the test, and you’ll receive your results by email and SMS within 24 hours. DUBZ will contact you in order to arrange for the date and time of the Home PCR test.
Are you an Etihad Guest member? You can now earn or spend miles every time you book your Home check-in. Download the Etihad Guest app, link up to five Visa cards and spend using your linked card.
Earn one Etihad Guest Mile and one Tier Mile for every AED 3 you spend or redeem miles to receive your cashback onto your Visa card and still earn one Tier Mile for every AED 3 spent. Make sure notifications are switched on to redeem miles.
Home check-in is available for all non-transit passengers travelling from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Your check-in location must be in Abu Dhabi within 70km of Abu Dhabi International Airport. Check-in outside of this radius is subject to availability and carries an additional charge.

Skip the queues and be one of the first to board the plane with priority boarding. With priority baggage collection, your bags will be one of the first on the baggage belt when we land, letting you get on with your trip as quickly as possible.
You can change or cancel your booking for free up to four hours before the time of your scheduled bag collection. For any changes, please contact DUBZ on +971 52 382 9090 or email booking@dubz.com with your booking details.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card within 14 days.
If you change or cancel your booking within four hours of your scheduled bag collection, you will be charged a fee.
If your bags have already been collected, you will not be refunded and you will be charged a fee to return your bags to you.
