All of our aircraft are deep-cleaned and sanitised on arrival at each destination, including our seat-back screens. We’ve also removed all inflight magazines to limit the number of touchpoints on board.

Keep up with the latest news and keep an eye on our moving map as you fly. Download the app before you fly so you can connect on board. And don’t forget your headphones and charger!
E-BOX Stream is only available on our A320 and A321 narrow-body aircraft. On the rest of our fleet, enjoy E-BOX on your in-seat screen.

We’ll keep children busy with the latest kids’ movies, TV shows and games on board. Our parental lock feature also means that you can control what your little flyers are watching. Don’t forget, if you’re flying on our A320 and A321 aircraft, each child will need to bring their own device and headphones. Download our E-BOX Stream app onto their devices before you fly – then all they need to do is plug in and play.
Connect to Wi-Fi on board
Keep in touch with family and friends while you fly, work from your seat or surf on social media.
If you’re travelling in The Residence or First, or are an Etihad Guest Platinum member, you’ll receive complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Or you can pay to use our onboard network with your choice of Wi-Fi package. If you have any data leftover, you can use it on your return or connecting flight within 14 days.
Make a call from the sky
We know it's good to talk, and now you can from the sky. Whether it's an urgent call to the office, or simply saying goodnight to your family, you can use your mobile to make calls or send messages as you would on the ground.
Charges will be applied directly by your domestic mobile service provider and are similar to international roaming rates.

With seven live TV channels on most of our aircraft, you'll stay up to date with news and sports as it happens.
As we upgrade our technology on board, live TV services will be temporarily unavailable on certain routes.
Plug in at your seat so your devices never run out of battery. Some aircraft are fitted with USB chargers instead of traditional plugs, so make sure you have the cable you need.
