How does it work?

Home check-in is available for all guests travelling from Zayed International Airport – whether it’s at the start of your trip or before your flight home. Everyone who’s travelling must be available during home check-in, including infants and children.

The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so the agents can arrive whenever you need them.

Download the Morafiq app via AppStore or Google Play. Register to book a check-in slot. Be sure to time your slot between 24 and 5 hours pre-flight. Alternatively, visit Morafiq support and book via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Available 24/7.
