Etihad Park is the home of the music festival experience in Abu Dhabi. The size of the park, capacity and impressive setting make it an essential part of many artists’ world tours.
Since 2009, it’s provided the backdrop for unforgettable shows including hosting stars such as Justin Timberlake, the Dave Matthews Band, Guns ‘n’ Roses, Lana Del Rey and Bruno Mars.

With Yas Marina Circuit only moments away, it makes sense that Etihad Park provides the perfect venue for some post-race fun. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix draws visitors from across the globe and once the F1™ is over, the after-party begins.
As you’d expect from such a prestigious venue, this is no standard after-party. Instead, you could be dancing to the music of superstars such as Kanye West, Aerosmith and Beyonce, with four days of events to tie in with the race calendar.
With different kinds of tickets available, the only limit is on how much fun you can take. Once inside, you’ll also find The Village, with even more music on offer, as well as food and drink concessions and family-friendly entertainment.
Etihad Park sits on Yas Island, close to Etihad Arena, and is easily reachable from all corners of Abu Dhabi.
It should take around 30 to 40 minutes to drive from the Corniche to Etihad Park. Drive north-east on Corniche Road, then take a right on to Shinaf St. Turn left to join the E12, the Sheikh Khalifa Highway. That will carry you all the way to Yas Island. Take the exit for Al Athari St, then go right on to Yas Dr St. Head past Yas Marina Circuit on your left until you reach the park.
Etihad Park is on Yas Island. It’s only a short drive of around 10 minutes from the northern entrance of Yas Island near the E12 to the park itself. Head south on Al Maha Street and then take a left for Yas Dr St, which leads you all the way to the park.
Etihad Park is about 18 miles (29km) from the heart of Saadiyat Island. Simply join the E12, the Sheikh Khalifa Highway, and then follow the instructions as for the Corniche above.
There’s limited parking outside Etihad Park itself, but guests can use nearby parking lots, including the one at Yas Mall.
There are multiple toilet facilities for men and women available inside the arena.
Food and drinks are available at all shows – you may have to be 21 to use refreshment outlets that serve alcohol.
Yas Island as a whole is very flat and accessible, while the park has special areas for wheelchair users close to the stage.
There’s no seating for concerts – it’s a standing-only venue. However, there’s often seating available at after-race concerts as part of VIP packages.
Yes, you’re allowed to take a backpack in with you, but you’ll be subject to a security search.
No, you’re not allowed to bring your own refreshments into the park for concerts. Water, food and other drinks are available to buy on-site.
A range of VIP hospitality options are available at the park, including its Treehouse facility, which offers some of the venue’s best seats.
