All about Etihad Park

Watch exhilarating live music performances at the biggest outdoor venue in the entire Middle East. As far as venues go, Etihad Park is pretty special. It’s a must-stop location for A-list artists visiting the region, and it’s already played host to the likes of legends like Madonna and Eminem, The Rolling Stones and Katy Perry to name a few.

It’s not just music that finds a home here, however. The venue also offers the perfect space for festivals and food markets, craft events, and much more. Those who’ve attended Formula 1™ will know this is where the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after-race concerts take place. When it comes to premium music and sports events in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Park is truly the place to be.

The magic of music

Etihad Park is the home of the music festival experience in Abu Dhabi. The size of the park, capacity and impressive setting make it an essential part of many artists’ world tours.

Since 2009, it’s provided the backdrop for unforgettable shows including hosting stars such as Justin Timberlake, the Dave Matthews Band, Guns ‘n’ Roses, Lana Del Rey and Bruno Mars.

Watching your favourite artist perform under the stars is a magical experience, while the many nearby attractions across Yas Island mean you can make a whole day of it here.

Etihad Park sits on Yas Island, close to Etihad Arena, and is easily reachable from all corners of Abu Dhabi.

It should take around 30 to 40 minutes to drive from the Corniche to Etihad Park. Drive north-east on Corniche Road, then take a right on to Shinaf St. Turn left to join the E12, the Sheikh Khalifa Highway. That will carry you all the way to Yas Island. Take the exit for Al Athari St, then go right on to Yas Dr St. Head past Yas Marina Circuit on your left until you reach the park.

Etihad Park is on Yas Island. It’s only a short drive of around 10 minutes from the northern entrance of Yas Island near the E12 to the park itself. Head south on Al Maha Street and then take a left for Yas Dr St, which leads you all the way to the park.

Etihad Park is about 18 miles (29km) from the heart of Saadiyat Island. Simply join the E12, the Sheikh Khalifa Highway, and then follow the instructions as for the Corniche above.
