If you’re flying in The Residence, First or Business Class, Etihad Chauffeur is a complimentary, premium chauffeur service in Abu Dhabi. Book an Etihad Chauffeur to travel in luxury between Abu Dhabi airport and your home or hotel in the UAE.
You’re welcome to use our Etihad Chauffeur service if you are travelling on an Etihad Airways operated flight in The Residence, First or Business Class. You must have booked directly with Etihad Airways or a travel agent. Excludes tickets booked using Etihad Guest Miles and some Value fare tickets. Check the fare table to see if you’re eligible.
You must book your complimentary chauffeur at least 12 hours before your flight to or from Abu Dhabi.
Make sure you provide all requested details, including your contact number, address, city code and pick-up time on departure and arrival. We'll send you a confirmation email when your request has been received.
12 hours before your flight, you’ll receive a call or SMS on the number provided to let you know your pick-up time. Pick-up times are non-negotiable. Our driver will wait for a maximum of 25 minutes.
Collect your bags and head toward baggage belt 10. You’ll meet your driver at the Etihad Chauffeur reception next to this baggage belt.
You can use our chauffeur service between flights if you’re stopping over in Abu Dhabi. Your ticket must include all applicable taxes.

You can reschedule or cancel your request through our website or contact us, at least 12 hours before your flight. If you fail to cancel your booking, a chauffeur cannot be re-booked in conjunction with the same ticket. If you booked with a travel agent, please contact them directly.

Yes, we have partnered with Sixt to offer transfer services in various destinations around the world. This a chargeable service which you may book online.
No, it is not possible to arrange an additional car for extra bags. If you have a lot of extra bags, we recommend using our home check-in or city check-in in Abu Dhabi service before leaving for the airport.
