GuestSeats are available to purchase using Etihad Guest Miles. Don’t have enough miles? You can pay for up to 50% of the fare with cash.

Checked baggage

Date changes
  • Changes or refunds made within 96 hours of your flight will incur an additional fee of 10%
  • A change fee applies to each segment of your journey when you make changes to your booking
  • Refunds are subject to fees and the rules of the fare that you have booked for each segment
  • Certain airport/government taxes are refundable
  • For refunds of a modified ticket, the fare rules of the originally purchased ticket will apply
  • Fees will be waived in the unfortunate event of death of a passenger or immediate family member, official documentation will be required
  • A Guest Service Fee (GSF) will apply to any changes or refunds made through the Etihad Contact Centre – read more details here
