We’re taking extra steps to make sure you feel safe and well when you travel. We've limited touchpoints and allowed for more distance between you and other guests, and for extra peace of mind, we’ve introduced a team of Wellness Ambassadors to help at every point of your journey.
The World Health Organisation has designated the outbreak of Coronavirus a pandemic, and extensive measures have been introduced globally to help limit its spread.
Many flights have been suspended and travel restrictions have been introduced around the world. We’re doing everything we can to keep you up to date with our network changes, or you can check global flight restrictions by visiting the IATA Travel Centre.
The safety of our guests and team is always our main priority, but we’ve taken extra steps during this time to keep you safe. We’ve introduced additional cleaning measures and made changes to our airport procedures, including closing some of our lounges. We’ve also suspended our flights until we know it is safe for everyone to travel again.
Our Contact Centre are experiencing a high volume of calls, and it may take longer than usual for one of our agents to become available. So that we can help as soon as possible, please only call if you were due to travel within 48 hours.
If you've booked a GuestSeat using Etihad Guest Miles and your flight has been impacted, please get in touch with our Contact Centre. GuestSeat tickets are refundable, so you will not be eligible to claim Etihad Credit.
We’ve also reduced our Tier Miles and Tier Segments requirements to 80% until 30 June 2021 to help you maintain and easily upgrade your tier.
Eligible members will receive bonus Tier Miles every month Until 31 December 2020
If you’re an Etihad Guest member who booked directly with Etihad, and your flight was booked before 31 October 2020 to travel by 30 November 2020, you’ll be rewarded with up to 5,000 bonus Etihad Guest Miles and up to $400 when you exchange your booking for Etihad Credit.
To change the date or destination of your flight or convert your booking to Etihad Credit, please use our online form.
If you booked your flight with a travel agent or third party, please reach out to them to make changes to your trip.
